    - Which of their own models, approaches and concepts do they use?

    - Do they have their own philosophy of productivity, meaning, creativity?

- **Blind spots**

    - Which topics do they mention often but never develop?

    - Where is there little concreteness or system?

- **The author's voice**

    - What's their thinking style?

    - What feelings slip through between the lines?

    - What fears and aspirations are hidden in these notes?

- **The finale**
    - Formulate a question that could become a mirror or a guiding star for them
    - Or give them advice, as you would give a friend, based on everything you've learned
