Hi, I’m Elton
I'm not a single-discipline specialist. I work at the intersection of marketing, AI and knowledge systems.
And yes, Elton is my real name 😀 I explore how technology can help people think clearer, act faster and build useful digital products.
People bring me in when a team or a person finally admits: “too much chaos, no system.” Processes are stitched together on intuition, everyone does it their own way, knowledge is scattered. It keeps startups from growing and people from working in peace.
I come in and sort it out: I build the processes, deploy AI where it genuinely saves time, and leave behind playbooks people actually use. In parallel I run a YouTube channel — grew it from zero to ~1M views and 16K subscribers organically. That’s where I test everything that later ships to clients.
The one principle that doesn't change
“Systems that work for people — not the other way around.”
Three principles
Diagnose → solve → tool
The problem comes first, then the tool. Not the other way around. AI isn't needed everywhere — sometimes a checklist will do.
System over feature
A trendy tool lasts six months. A real system lasts for years. I build the second one.
Simple beats clever
If a solution can't survive a weekend without maintenance, I won't ship it. The interface should explain itself.
